Andrew is the Founder and CEO of Museum Crawler. He believes that in-depth art knowledge is within reach of every person, and it is his mission make sure everyone gets the most out of every visit to their museum. He created Museum Crawler because he was frustrated that so much of the history and intrigue that makes art so fascinating is not made easily available to everyday people.
When he is not working on making Museum Crawler, you can find him in the woods building structures from natural materials, or smithing blades in his homemade forge.
Elsie has a masters in the Classics and was recently honored by being awarded full funding to pursue her Ph.D. She joined Museum Crawler after five years working at the Metropolitan Museum. She loves to travel and experience new areas and cultures and tries to experience them authentically, not as a tourist, but as someone who lives and feels the heartbeat of a collective people and history. She loves working at Museum Crawler because it allows her to share that heartbeat not only of cultures of today, but also of cultures from the past.
Andrea has a BA and MA in Art History. She loves exploring the history of the world through art. She feel passionate about making education fun and accessible, as well as help people understand the beautiful cultural diversity of the world, through her work here at Museum Crawler. In her free time, she love to read, write, do crossword puzzles and take her two dogs, Melo and Misa, on walks with her husband.
Serenela joined Museum Crawlers this year as a Creative Writer. She is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a Master’s degree in anthropology and archaeology. During her studies, she worked at archaeological sites all round the world, including Greece, Romania, Belize, and Egypt. When she is not traveling, you can find her creating her own art or delving into new creative hobbies
Joseph is originally from Massachusetts where he explored historic places such as the Old North Bridge, Boston Harbor, and the site of the Boston Massacre. Seeing these sites helped spark a lifelong passion for learning about the past. He now spends his days reading about ancient Mayan calendars and writing about video games.
